Spokesman works together with customers on both the planning and execution of financial communications. We analyse the internal and external development demands of financial communications and its tools, we prepare development plans and help the customer realise them. We also provide guidance with projects related to corporate and financing arrangements as well as plan and implement marketing campaigns aimed at capital markets during company listings and share offerings. During corporate restructuring, our internal communications team will plan appropriate communications to facilitate management of change situations.
